We advise the applicant to look at the eligibility criteria for XAT 2019 exam. As all the major department like Human resource department, Business management and General management. All these departments have almost the same eligibility criteria. However, PGDM in general management requires work experience. There is also a provision for the reserved category set by the government.   • The applicant must be graduated with minimum 3 years of education.
  • Applicant must have scored a minimum 50% in aggregate in his/her graduation.
  • Candidate in final year can also apply for the XAT 2019 Exam. However, they are supposed to submit the final year mark sheet until the time of admission.

The application form for the XAT 2018 Exam would be released during the 3rd week of August 2018 for online registration. The form is of Rs.1650/- and those applicants who are applying late will have to pay extra Rs.350/- as late fee. XAT 2019 is online form but payment can be done via card (debit/credit) or via demand draft. As per the latest XAT 2019 Notification, the Last date to apply for the XAT 2019 is 30th November 2019. XAT 2019 Selection Procedure

Aspirants of XAT 2018 need to know the selection procedure and getting admission in XLRI. As per the official website, there are 3 stages for admission and selection in XAT 2018 i.e. Written test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview. Candidates note that each XAT participating college has its own admission process and neither XAMI nor XLRI plays any role in the admissoin process of the other XAT participating colleges.

Written The written test is like the screening process. the cut off is prepared on the basis of written test. And thereafter the qualified applicants are called for the interview.
Group Discussion Group discussion is part of the 2nd round under which the applicants are allowed to discuss topics. Hence it advised to read the news and be updated about social events.
Personal Interview Assessment of the profile for the candidate. A panel of the judge from college review the profile of the applicant and take a general small interview.

XAT 2019 Syllabus

XAT 2018 syllabus is same as the previous years. In this exam, Data interpretation is mixed with Logical Reasoning. Therefore the section is considered as paper 1 and applicant needs to qualify the overall Logical Reasoning section (including Data interpretation).
The syllabus consists of 4 sections, these sections are mentioned below.

XAT 2019 Exam Pattern

There will be a total of 72 questions in Paper 1 which has to be completed in 1 hour and 25 questions in Paper 2 which has to be completed in 35 minutes. Hence, the total duration of XAT 2019 is 1hr 35 mins. The Marking scheme for  XAT 2019 Exam is different from other exams marking scheme. For each incorrect answer, the deduction is of 0.25 marks for 1 mark question or we can say 1/4th of the marks associated. And if you have more than 12 un-attempted questions then there be more deduction of 0.05 marks per question. Therefore, only 12 questions can be left unattempted in total and after that 0.05 marks per question will be deducted This will be more clear in the table below.

XAT 2019 Admit Card

Those applicants who have applied and are eligible for the exam can download the admit card through XAT official website. The process of downloading is as follow.

  • Visit the official website of the XAT 2019 Exam and click on the button to download the admit card.
  • Once you click the button the new window will appear and for the applicant to enter the details
  • The applicant needs to enter the registration no. and the password he/she chose.
  • The system will verify the details and will show the admit card in the new window.
  • You can download the Admit card save it and take a direct printout.

When downloading theXAT Online Admit card, we advise the applicant to check the details mentioned on the admit card. Because if there is any discrepancy in the XAT 2019 Admit card then it can cause the problem at the time of the admission. XAT Expected Cut Off

The XAT 2019 cut off for all the programs will be after the declaration of the of the result. The cut off for all the courses will be released together. It means PGDM(BM), PGDM(HRM) and PGDM(GMP) will be at same time. The XAT score is also accepted by many other colleges. And most of these colleges are private. Hence, it is advised to score well to clear both overall cut off and sectional cut off. Here we have mentioned the expected cut off of the (PGDM) BM course.

The result of XAT 2019 Exam
