Nationality
The first factors for SSC MTS eligibility that we would look at is nationality. The candidate wishing to appear for the SSC MTS exam must be one of the following
- A citizen of India
- A Subject of Nepal
- A Subject of Bhutan
- A Tibetan Refugee
- A Person of Indian Origin migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Afganistan, Kenya, Tanzania, Sri Lanka, Uganda, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam.
SSC MTS Age Limit
Let us take a look at the SSC MTS Age Limit. You must ensure that your age is within the specified age limit on the specified date. If it is not, then you are not eligible to apply for the exam.
To apply for SSC MTS 2019, a candidate must be of minimum 18 years of age and must not exceed 25 years of age as on 01.08.2018. However, candidates belonging the reserved categories such as SC/ST/OBC/Physically handicapped etc. would get age relaxation depending on the category that they belong to.
