SNAP 2019 Syllabus – Check Complete Details


Symbiosis International Institute (SIU) has scheduled the SNAP Exam 2019 on 16 December, 2018. The applicants who are willing to appear for the exam can submit the application before November 2018. No application form shall be considered after the last date. The Application released in August 2018. Therefore,  it is advisable for the applicants to look for the eligibility criteria before applying for the SNAP 2019.Candidates also need to keep a close eye on SNAP Syllabus to prepare well.

The SNAP exam will have 150 questions. And it is difficult to attempt all the question in 120 minutes. This means that candidates can spend a little over one minute on each question. Knowing the SNAP Exam syllabus would help the candidate to prepare for the SNAP exam. These 150 questions are divided into 4 major parts according to SNAP Syllabus and these parts are as follow:

  • Quantitative Ability
  • Logical Reasoning
  • English Comprehension
  • General awareness.

These 150 questions have 4o question each for Quantitative Abilities, Logical Reasoning and English comprehension. though the General Awareness has 30 questions only.

Verbal ability

The Verbal Ability section consists of the questions which will test your ability to understand, comprehend and answer the questions of the English language which are presented in a tricky way.

Logical Reasoning

This section consists of tricky questions which are to contemplated logically by the students. Candidates are advised that they do not spend too much time on this section as this section is one of the most time taking. Attempt the answers you know how to figure out. Also, if the time allows later in the exam then you can come back to the unattempted questions of this section.

SNAP Quant Syllabus

This question tests the ability of a candidate to answer the mathematical questions. Again, do not spend more than a minute on each question so as to avoid missing the question in other sections. If the time allows attempt the unattempted questions later.

SNAP GK Syllabus

The GK section is the section which takes less time to be completed. As in this section one either knows the answer or not, you do not need to solve the questions in order to come to an answer. This is the section where candidates can cover for the lost time. It is advised that you spend 30 seconds at max on each section.

This was the SNAP exam syllabus for this year. SNAP exam is not as difficult as it seems. However, due to the constraint of time and pressure candidates are unable to complete the paper. The best formula to crack the SNAP exam is just to practice as much as you can to heighten your skills to answer quickly.
