DTE Maharashtra every year releases MHT CET Counseling date 2019 to provide admission into programs like B.Tech, MBA, BDS, MBBS and many more. The MH CET exam is highly recognized by more than 80 institutions of Maharashtra. Candidates can choose their professional degrees by any of the Institution that adhere to the rules of AICTE, New Delhi.
MH CET Eligibility criteria are according to the different categories, home state or the state outside Maharashtra. Eligibility Criteria conditions are related to age, qualification, category, number of attempts and the marks scored in qualifying exams.
MHCET 2019 will be releasing Merit List and Seat allotment in the month of June 2019 after you apply for MHCET 2019 online.
MHT CET Admission Process
Candidates enrolling for this exam need to study the whole syllabus of class 12th and 11th. The Application form for the candidates will be available online made in the second week of February. After the application process, the admit card will be released in the fourth week of April. Candidates can download their admit cards from the official website.
According to the MH CET notification 2019, candidates of general category must have scored minimum 50% of aggregate marks in 12th standard or the exam equivalent from a recognized board with the subjects Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Whereas for the reserved category candidates need to score 45 % and above in 12th standard.

MH CET is the state level exam conducted by the government of Maharashtra to provide admission in the different programmes. MH CET Exam is every year held in the month of April. The MHCET Exam this year also expected to be held in the month of April. Candidates are required to prepare for the best as the difficulty level of the examination will be of JEE Advances. Once the candidate qualified the exam he/she will be called for the counseling process of MH CET.
MHT CET Counseling Details and Application
The Online Submission of MH CET 2019 and the confirmation of Option Form Of CAP Round II for the engineering courses are required to submit till July 2019 through the candidate’s login Id and Password.
MH CET 2019 Provisional Allotment for the first round of CAP for engineering courses will be released in July 2019. The Final Merit List of engineering courses will be released in June 2019.
The MH CET 2019 submission and allotment form for Round 1 will start in the month of June 2019 with the respective login id and password and the provisional merit list for the courses will release in the last week of June 2019. Candidates are required to submit the grievance till last week of June only.
Separate merit list is maintained for the different courses. The MHT CET counseling dates merit list is maintained on the marks obtained by the candidates in the entrance examination. The counseling process has been conducted as online mode no offline mode is conducted and candidates are admitted through CAP only. For the further verification, candidates are required to visit the regional allotted center for the verification of the document.
Documents Required for Verification in MHT CET Counselling
The following document is required for the verification:
- X class Marksheet.
- XII Marksheet or equivalent document.
- MHT CET Admit Card.
- MH CET Score Card.
- Transfer Certificate of School( If Required).
- Category Certificate (if applicable).
- Medical Certificate.
- Passport Size Photographs.
MHT CET Counseling Process
Note: Counselling process starts in the month of July 2019 only after the Entrance Exam which is conducted offline in the month of May by DTE Maharashtra.
Step 1: It is compulsory for the candidates to make themselves register for the process of MH CET counseling 2019.
Step 2: After registering for the exam and filing the examination details, Candidates are required to verify their documents to the respective regional centers, candidates need to bring their all documents in original along with photocopies.
Step 3: Candidates can proceed further according to the merit list updated. The shortlisted candidates can further process for the MHT CET counseling process.
Step 4: Candidates are required to fill their options in colleges as per the courses preferences. Candidates can fill the options form through their login.
Step 5: The seats will be allotted by all the official formalities, on the basis of filled choices the availability of seats will be allotted to the candidates. Seat allotment process is completely online and final list will be released online.
Step 6: After completing all the formalities candidates are required to report to the respective institution and confirm their admission. Candidates have to bring their documents and the fees as per the notification of college to secure admission.
