IBPS RRB Eligibility Criteria 2018, like many other banking exams, consists of requirements in educational qualifications, age, and nationality. As seen in the official notification of IBPS RRB 2018, the candidates should meet the demands put forward by the competent agencies in the form of eligibility criteria. The IBPS RRB exam would be conducted to select a large number of promising candidates in various regional rural banks across the country with distinctive local setups. The recruitment process of IBPS RRB 2018 will be authorized mainly by the nodal regional banks, NABARD along with IBPS. IBPS RRB Eligibility Criteria2018
Candidates are required to check all the below-mentioned IBPS RRB eligibility criteria 2018 carefully before applying. These are the criteria set by the IBPS officials for basic qualification, IBPS RRB age limit and other such parameters.
1. Nationality
Fulfilment of either one of the conditions is necessary for taking the IBPS RRB 2018 exam:
(i) must be a citizen of India
(ii) must be a subject of Nepal or
(iii) must be a subject of Bhutan or
(iv) Tibetan Refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 to be settled permanently in India
(v) a person of Indian origin migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Uganda, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India
2. Age Restriction
Before you apply, you should know about the IBPS RRB age limit. Note that 01-September-2018 is the reference date for the purpose of calculation of age. Following are the restrictions for taking the IBPS RRB 2018 Exam:

This is the maximum age limit for General Category candidates. Candidates belonging to other categories would get age relaxation as per the IBPS RRB Eligibility criteria 2018 from the following table:

In the case of Ex-servicemen commissioned officers, including ECOs/ SSCOs, who have rendered at least 5 years military service and have been released on completion of assignment (including those whose assignment is due to be completed within the next one year from the last date for receipt of application) other than by way of dismissal or discharge on account of misconduct or inefficiency or on account of physical disability attributable to military service or on invalidment, subject to ceiling as per Government guidelines (for the post of Officers) | 5 years |

3. Educational Qualification
