And with the increasing availability of technology in today’s world internet addiction is not limited to youngsters anymore, every age group’s people are affected by it. How internet changed our life?
Everything in today’s generation is going online. Be it making new friends, loving someone or even breaking up with someone. There are a lot of people who are now finding and dating people online instead of meeting up with them at a restaurant, local bar or nightclub. Many online dating apps are also available in the market. At times, these people don’t even live near them so, instead of going out on a date, they Skype or text instead. It doesn’t end there either. You don’t have to tell the person you’re ending the relationship. All you need to do is block them.

We don’t have downtime anymore. In the bathroom, on the metro, we’re connected everywhere. It is found that 45% of the mobile phone users use their phones even while pooping. That’s disgusting isn’t it?

Before we were plunged into the world of technology, selfies weren’t really a thing that anyone did. But now people are seemingly obsessed with taking photos of themselves and posting them everywhere. There are even selfie sticks available. All the social media sites are flooded with selfies from people all over the world.

Many people find themselves so addicted to the Internet that they think about it even when they’re not online. This habit of theirs makes it almost impossible for them to concentrate on anything else.

Whatever genre of TV shows or movies you love are now available on the internet and you can binge watch them anytime you want with just one click. Now you do not have to wait for the weekly telecast of the movies on the TV channels.
Although the internet is a boon for us in many ways, it has helped us to connect with the world and made the exchange of information faster however due to its excessive usage many problems are arising. We should take advantage of everything but in a limited way as an excess of anything is really very harmful.
