Steps to crack IBPS RRB 2018 Interview

Step 1: Collect all required documents in order

The most important thing before going for an interview is to get all the documents and place them in set order which you should remember. Make a checklist of all the things you need to carry before going for the interview. Original and self-attested copies should be carried in a folder.

Step 2: Read Newspaper on the daily basis

Candidates should be well aware of the current affairs and important news happening during that time. Candidates should read the newspaper or should follow any news mobile app or website to stay aware of all the happenings. Most important, candidates should be aware of financial news happening around to stay one step ahead for the personal interview.

Step 3: Prepare popular subjects from Graduation

It is expected in an interview to answer thorough questions related to graduation subjects and candidates should answer those questions with confidence as they were their major subjects for which they also gave university/college exams.

Step 4: Go through the popular interview questions and write brief answers

Candidates should prepare the answers for most popular interview questions which are asked by writing them on a sheet of paper. It will help boost up confidence while speaking in front of the interviewer.

What are your weaknesses and strengths, hobbies and interests, your work experience etc. You will have to be sure of yourself to become a banker inn front of the interviewers(No matter, what your real goal in life is). You should not use any kind of fake accent or fake behaviour in front of the interviewers. Poper rational and logic should be present behind whatever you say as it depicts your confidence.

Step 7: Dress well

An interview is not a fashion show and hence, try to be dressed according to a formal office. Males should go with a light striped shirt with trousers along with a tie. (Recommended suit but not mandatory), Balck shoes and should be well polished. Females should go with a saree or salwar. If in case, somebody wants to go in western, trousers along with light coloured shirts will be fine.

Step 8: Revise Banking terms, Research the organization and state

Candidates should revise important banking terms to answer them with confidence during the interview. Revising and learning important banking terms in a specific order will help candidates crack a bank interview. There is no need to go in depth for every topic, just need to be confident about the definition you have prepared in your mind.

Candidates should research about the organization they are going for an interview and should know about the state where they are conducting the interview.

Step 9: Get a good sleep before Interview

No need to take unnecessary stress as its an interview. No burning of midnight oil the previous night, rather go to bed early and leave the interview alone for the night. Sleep properly and adequately.
