How is CMAT rank calculated?

If two or more candidates score similar marks ( out of 400) then the ranks would be given on the basis of section wise scores. The four sections are –
- Quantitative and Data Interpretation

- Language Comprehension
- General Awareness
How is CMAT percentile Calculated
Percentile is not the same as Rank or Score. The difference between CMAT score vs percentile is that score is the accumulation of section wise marks of the candidate. Whereas, the percentile is calculated on the basis of the rank of the candidate by using this simple formula.
Formula: Percentile P = ( (N- your rank)/ N) x 100
In this formula, P stands for percentile and N is the total number of candidates appeared for the CMAT.
