BITSAT Important dates for Birla Institue of technology and Science Aptitude test or BITSAT would be announced soon by the conducting body (BITS Pilani). BITSAT is the only All India entrance exam which is conducted by Birla Institue of Technology and Science- Pilani (BITS Pilani) for undergraduate, B.E and M.Sc. programmes in order to secure admission in one of its campuses namely, BITS Pilani, BITS Hyderabad, and KK Birla Goa Campus.

The students aspiring to appear for BITSAT 2019 have to keep BITSAT Important Dates in mind to prepare according to the schedule. The date sheet of BITSAT 2019 is yet to be released but the tentative dates as per last year can be estimated. BITSAT exam date will be announced on its official website soon, the start and last date of the BITSAT programme mentioned, are based on last year’s schedule.

Important Instructions

  • BITSAT 2019 entrance for the academic year 2019-2020 application form would be available on the official BITSAT exam notification around the third week of December 2018(tentative).
  • The candidate has to fulfill the eligibility criteria for taking up BITSAT. (Eligibility- candidate must have 60% marks in three(Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology) of the main subjects at 10+2 level.
  • Once the form is filled and reviewed the application fee has to be paid for final submission.
  • The candidate is given the chance of booking the slot( three preferred locations (exam centers), and date & time slot).
  • After, the above-mentioned steps the admit card would be available to the candidates, on the official website.
  • Tentatively the online exam BITSAT will be conducted in the third to fourth week of May 2019.
  • The test scores will be released by the university around June 2019.
  • After counseling the seat allotment is done in the second week of June 2019(tentative)
  • The new academic year begins.

How to apply for BITSAT 2018 and Admit card details

The application for of BITSAT 2019 will be available on the official site of BITS Pilani. Students who will be filling application form have to update their personal details, contact information, marksheets for Class 10th and 12th. They are also supposed to upload the scanned copy of mark sheets and signature. After that, the male students have to make a payment of Rs. 2750 and female students have to pay Rs. 2250.

After registering successfully for the examination of BITSAT 2019, the students will receive their admit card which is also called as hall ticket. This ticket enables them to appear for examination on the written time and venue. The candidates should keep their admit card safely and unharmed until the end. Only students who have successfully registered and made the payment will receive the admit card.
