AEEE Selection Procedure | AEEE 2019

AEEE is an entrance exam conducted by Amrita University for admission to four year B. Tech programmes offered at Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Coimbatore, and Chennai campuses. Selection for admission is done on the basis of performance of candidates in the exam and rank list declared by the university.  AEEE Selection procedure includes Selection of candidates is done on the basis of merit list announced by the university and rank of the candidate.

AEEE RESULT 2019

AEEE Result 2019 can be viewed by visiting the official webpage of the university. For this candidate will have to enter registration number date of birth and security code. University will declare a merit list or rank list based on marks scored by candidates. Counselling and selection for admission will be done on the basis of this rank list.

AEEE CUTOFF 2019

AEEE cutoff  2019 list will be released along with the result by the university. To give an idea of ranks, previous year cutoffs are given here.

AEEE COUNSELLING

University decides the counselling schedule and dates. Counselling letter will be released after the result is declared. The counselling would be done in the following order.
1. Counselling for candidates from SC/ST quota
2. Counselling for candidates from general category
3. . Counselling for candidates from Karnataka, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu
The exact dates will be released in counselling schedule by the university.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER

1. Only qualified students can appear for the counselling process.

2. Qualified candidates will receive call letters for counselling on the basis of their rank.

3. Counselling takes place at all three campus locations. Candidates can visit the campus of their choice.

4. Candidates must be physically present during counselling

5. Candidates must also carry the following documents with them to counselling session :

  • Six copies of coloured photographs
  • Class 12 mark sheet
  • Class 12 hall ticket
  • AEEE 2019 admit card
  • Caste certificate (SC/ST)
  • School leaving certificate

6. When candidates are selected, their documents are retained by the college

7. Rs 5000 has to be paid through demand draft as counselling fee. This counselling fee is non-refundable.

8. The candidate has to pay Rs 50,000 by demand draft before seat allotment. If he/she fails to do so their seat will be cancelled.
